摘　　要：目的探讨贝复济联合康复新液治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效及对炎性因子、复发率的影响。方法选取124例复发性口腔溃疡患者作为观察对象,参照随机数表法分成对照组、研究组,各62例。对照组患者接受含漱康复新液治疗,研究组患者接受贝复济联合康复新液治疗。对比2组患者治疗效果、溃疡疼痛持续时间、溃面愈合时间及治疗前后血清炎性因子水平、复发率。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为95. 2%,显著高于对照组的82. 3%(P <0. 05);研究组患者溃疡疼痛持续时间、溃面愈合时间显著短于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗后,研究组患者的血清白细胞介素-2 (IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、包细胞介素-6(IFN-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)指标水平显著低于对照组(P <0. 05);研究组复发率9. 7%(6/62)显著低于对照组复发率24. 2%(15/62)(P <0. 05)。结论贝复济联合康复新液治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效显著,能有效调节血清炎性因子表达,减轻炎性反应及疼痛感,促进溃疡面愈合,降低复发风险。Objective To study the effect of Beifuji combined Rehabilitation Fluid on recurrent oral ulcer and its effect on inflammatory factors and recurrence rate.Methods A total of 124 patients with recurrent oral ulcer in our hospital were enrolled in the study.All patients were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 62 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received oral rehabilitation fluid,and those in the study group received Beifuji combined with Rehabilitation Fluid.The therapeutic effects,the duration of ulcer pain,the healing time of the face,the changes of serum inflammatory factors and the recurrence rate before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(95.2%vs.82.3%,P<0.05).The duration of ulcer pain and healing time of ulcer in the study group were shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Serum interleukin-2(IL-2),tumour necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-10(IL-10)levels were decreased in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was 9.7%(6/62),which was lower than 24.2%(15/62)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Beifuji combined with Rehabilitation New Liquid has significant efficacy,and can effectively regulate the expression of serum inflammatory factors,reduce the inflammatory reaction and pain,promote the healing of ulcer surface and reduce the risk of recurrence.
