摘 要:随着人工智能的快速发展,传统的自动化专业也迎来了重大的考验,人才培养应能适应目前技术的发展及社会需求,注重内涵建设,以学生为中心,突破传统的共性教育模式,注重学生的个性化,将创新创业教育融入教育全过程,形成基于CDIO工程理念的应用创新型人才培养的教育模式,一体多翼,以深度校企产研融合为平台,形成以协同创新为指导,行动导向为引导,工程实践贯穿教育始终的自动化专业的闭环人才培养体系,以推动应用创新型工程人才培养的实施成效问题。With the rapid development of artificial intelligence,the traditional automation specialty is facing a great test.Talents training should be able to adapt to the current technological development and social needs,pay attention to connotation construction,take students as the center,break through the traditional common education mode,pay attention to students'individuality,and integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education into education.Cheng has formed an educational mode of training innovative talents based on CDIO engineering concept,which integrates many wings,takes the integration of production and research of deep schools and enterprises as a platform,forms a closed-loop talent training system with collaborative innovation as guidance,action-oriented as guidance,and engineering practice runs through the education of automation specialty all the time,so as to promote the application of innovative workers.The effectiveness of the process of personnel training.
