摘　　要：在"一带一路"倡议实施的背景下,中国与世界各国的贸易往来日益频繁。在此过程中,外语商务人才不可或缺。虽然高校开设了商务实训课程,但商务外语人才的培养还存在较多问题。改革和完善商务实训课程教学提高教育质量,为社会和企业培养复合型外语人才是当务之急。In the context of the implementation of the "the Belt and Road Initiatives"initiative,trade between China and other countries is increasingly frequent.In the process,foreign language business talents are indispensable.Although colleges and universities have set up business training courses,there are still many problems in the cultivation of business foreign language talents.It’s a top priority to reform and improve the teaching of business training courses to improve the quality of education,and to cultivate compound foreign language talents for enterprises and society.
