摘　　要：拉舍尔毛毯面丝采用的是有光涤纶低弹丝(DTY),而底丝一般采用涤纶全牵丝(FDY),纤维的膨化是拉舍尔涤纶毛毯生产的重要环节。当前,生产普遍采用的是定形机对纤维膨化,存在能耗高,占地面积大等问题。通过电热辊加热替代当前热风膨化,坯布绒面与电热辊接触受热从而对纤维进行膨化。膨化热辊体低速运转有助于辊体沟槽深入纤维根部,加强纤维膨化功能,起到保暖和增加毛毯厚实度的作用,设备简单,操作方便,简化了工艺流程,取得较好的效果,同时也对毛毯整个生产流程作了介绍。The raschel blanket yarn is made of bright polyester drawn textured yarns(DTY), the bottom yarn is polyester fully drawn yarn(FDY). The fiber expansion is an important part of raschel polyester blanket production. Generally, use the heat setting machine to expand the fiber, but there is high energy consumption, covering a large area and so on. Heating through the electric roller instead of hot air puffing, blanket fabric and heating roller contact with the heat to expand the fiber, puffed hot roll body low^speed operation helps the roller groove into the root of the fiber, strengthen the fiber expansion function, to keep warm and increase the thickness of the blanket. The equipment is simple and easy to operate, thus simplifying the process flow and achieving better results. The whole production process of blanket is also introduced.
