摘　　要：研究保心宁片中挥发性成分,建立快速分析保心宁片中挥发性成分的方法。采用顶空固相微萃取法提取保心宁片的挥发性成分,并用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其成分进行鉴定,通过色谱峰面积归一化法计算保心宁片中各挥发性成分的相对百分含量。结果,共鉴定了36种化学成分,主要为酮类、醛类、酚类等化合物。本实验从挥发性成分的角度深入了解保心宁片的药效物质基础研究,为其临床应用提供了科学依据。The composition volatile constituents in Baoxinning tablets were investigated and a rapid method for the analysis of volatile constituents in Baoxinning tablets was established. The volatile constituents of Baoxinning tablets were extracted by headspace solid-phase micro-extraction method. The chemical composition of volatile constituents of Baoxinning tablets were identified by gas chromatographymass spectrometry. The relative content of constituents was determined by area normalization method. Thirty-six compounds were identified. The main volatile constituents of Baoxinning tablets were ketones, aldehydes and phenols.This study revealed the pharmacodynamic basis of Baoxining tablets fromthe perspective of volatile constituents. It provides scientific basis for its clinical application.
