摘 要:辱虐管理对员工的态度、行为和组织的成本、收益具有重要的影响,自其出现就备受学术界关注,尤其2010年后有许多新的发现。文章辨析了辱虐管理内涵,整理了辱虐管理测量的新方法,发现包括辱虐管理氛围等在内的多种辱虐管理新构念,提出了辱虐管理的积极影响等四种研究的新思路,指出了现阶段辱虐管理研究的启示与未来研究的展望,为学术界未来进行辱虐管理研究提供新的思路和视野。Abusive supervision has an important impact on attitudes and behaviors of employees and costs and benefits of orga. nization. Since it appeared,abusive supervision has been the subject of academic attention. Especially after 2010,there are many new discoveries. This paper discriminates and analyzes the connotation of abusive supervision,summarizes the new methods of the measurement of abusive supervision,finds out new constructs of abusive supervision which include abusive su. pervision climate and so on,proposes four kinds of new ideas of the research on abusive supervision,such as positive effects of abusive supervision and so on,and points out the implications from current research and the prospects of future research. The paper provides scholars with the new ideas and perspectives for the future research on abusive supervision in academic circles.
