战略指向性对经营绩效的影响——以中国制造业为例

摘　　要：近年来,国际贸易环境以全球制造业为中心展开激烈竞争,企业正在努力通过外包非核心部分来增强核心竞争力进而确保竞争优势。目前我国第三方物流尚处于初级阶段,相关的实证研究也较少。本研究验证了中国制造企业第三方物流利用因素对企业的经营绩效所产生的影响。为此,文章以理论考察及先行研究为基础,设置了假说,并通过结构方程模型进行了实证分析。研究结果发现:第一,企业的战略指向性对第三方物流企业的信息能力和合作伙伴关系产生了正(+)的影响关系;第二,第三方物流企业的信息能力对企业的经营绩效产生了正(+)的影响关系;第三,合作伙伴关系对企业的经营绩效产生了正(+)的影响关系。最后,以本研究的结论为基础,文章讨论了研究的意义和未来研究方向。In recent years,international trade environment,to start global manufacturing industries as the center of fierce competition,with outer package by enterprises,are trying to use non-core parts to enhance their core competitiveness to ensure competitive advantage.China's third party logistics,yet in its infancy,did not contain enough empirical research.In this study,we verify Chinese manufacturing enterprises in the third party logistics of factors to produce the effect of the enterprises'operation performance.For this purpose,based on theories examine and feasible research plans,the hypothesis is established with empirical analysis through structural-equation model.The results are as follows.First,the strategic directive of enterprises has positive impacts on the information capability and partnership of third-party logistics enterprises.Second,the information capability of the third-party logistics enterprises has positive impacts on the business performances.Third,cooperative partnership has positive impacts on business performances.Finally,the researching meaning and future research are discussed based on current results.
