摘 要:协同创新是企业技术创新的重要形式,关系到国家创新竞争力的高低。文章采用主体计算经济学方法,依托NetLogo仿真平台,构建了一个由企业、大学及科研机构、金融机构和政府等四类主体参与的协同创新仿真模型,并在不同场景下对模型进行了分析验证。最后,基于该模型模拟分析政府创新补贴政策的理论效果,仿真结果显示,补贴政策对整个系统的创新产出是有效的,不同补贴策略的效率从高到低依次是:补贴小企业、补贴金融机构、补贴大企业。Collaborative innovation is an important form of enterprise technology innovation,which is related to the level of national innovation competitiveness.The paper applies the Agent-Based Computational Economics(ACE)method to construct a collaborative innovation simulation model on the NetLogo simulation platform,which involves four types of entities,including of enterprises,universities,financial institutions and government.The model is verified in different scenarios.Finally,to simulate and analyze the theoretical effect of government innovation subsidy policy based on the model.The simulation results show that the subsidy policy is effective and the efficiency of different subsidy strategies is different.Subsidizing small enterprises is better than subsidizing finance institutions,which is better than subsidizing large enterprises.
