摘　　要：目的制订适合我国老年脑卒中患者多维健康测定量表(MHIEC-ST)的特异模块,为形成完整量表打下基础。方法采用专家核心小组讨论与访谈相结合的方式对已经存在的脑卒中患者生命质量测定量表的条目进行评价和修改形成初步量表,到医院对57例老年脑卒中患者进行调查,采用变异度法、相关系数法、因子分析法、克朗巴赫系数法并经过再次专家集中讨论对条目进行筛选。结果按上述4种统计方法综合入选的条目为ST1、ST3、ST4、ST6、ST7、ST8、ST10、ST11、ST12、ST13,结合专家组再次讨论的意见,入选条目为ST1、ST4、ST9、ST11、ST12、ST13、ST14。结论按严格的程序选出7个条目组成我国老年脑卒中患者多维健康测定量表(MHIEC-ST)的特异模块。Objective To develop a specific module of the Multidimensional Health Measurement Scale(MHIEC-ST)suitable for elderly patients with stroke in our country to lay the foundation for forming the intact scale.Methods The mode of expert core group discussion combined with interview was adopted to evaluate and modify the items of MHIEC-ST for forming the primary scale.Then 57 elderly patients with stroke in hospital were surveyed.Then the variability method,correlation coefficient method,factor analysis and Cronbach coefficient method combined with the expert concentrative discussion were adopted to screen the items.Results The items comprehensively selected by the above four statistical methods were ST1,ST3,ST4,ST6,ST7,ST8,ST10,ST11,ST12 and ST13.Combined with the opinions discussed by the expert group,the selected items were ST1,ST4,ST9,ST11,ST12,ST13 and ST14.Conclusion The 7 items are selected according to a rigorous procedure to form a specific module of MHIEC-ST for elderly stroke patients in our country.
