摘  要:为研究后桥主锥轴承预紧力矩与主锥拧紧螺母拧紧力矩的关系,提出一种基于回归方程的动态拧紧理论。首先建立主锥轴承预紧力学模型,分析主锥拧紧螺母拧紧力矩与主锥轴承预紧力矩的关系,最后基于回归方程的动态拧紧技术理论,找出最佳轴承预紧力矩对应的主锥拧紧螺母拧紧力矩值,判断垫片厚度选择的合理性,也为拧紧力矩值的范围选取提供参考性意见。It analysis the relationship between main cone nut tightening torque and pinion bearing pre tightening torque, and through the mechanical model of the main cone bearing, It puts forward the solutions of dynamic fastening technology, based on the research of dynamic screw theory of regression equation, and find the best bearing tightening torque corresponding to the main cone screw nut tightening torque values, it set the range of tightening torque values more accurately, check the choice of shim thickness, and provide the opinions for the range of tightening torque values.
