摘 要:范仲淹的一生,大力发展教育事业,将视学、劝学、督学作为重要工作,为官一地,兴学施教于一方;把发展教育与人才培养相联系,在人才选拔上坚持德才兼备、以德为首,注重选拔高素质的专业化名师任教,在教学实践中重视因材施教,率先垂范,做好言传身教,树立榜样的力量,对其后中国教育的发展产生了重大影响,给后人留下许多宝贵经验和启迪。研究范仲淹教育思想的当代价值,对促进我国当前教育发展,深化教育体制改革,加强师德师风建设,培养高素质教师队伍,提升人才培养质量,重视学生思想道德建设,发展平等教育等方面具有深刻启示意义和现实指导价值。Fan Zhongyan vigorously developed education in his life.As a local officer, he considered teaching and supervising education as an important task, combined development of education with talent training,and adhered to both talents and talents in talent selection, especially in morality. He payed attention to select high-quality professional teachers, attached importance to their aptitude in teaching practice, set the example power, which had a major influence on the development of Chinese education, and left many precious experience and enlightenment to the future generations. To study the contemporary value of Fan Zhongyan’s educational thoughts can promote the development of education in China, deepen the reform of education system,strengthen the construction of teachers’ morality and style, cultivate high-quality teachers, improve the quality of personnel training, attach importance to students’ ideological and moral construction, and develop equal education, which are significant.
