重症医学科护士人格特征与心理困扰的关系及心理弹性的中介作用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究重症医学科护士人格特征与心理困扰的关系及心理弹性的中介作用。方法:选取3所医院重症医学科的102名护士作为观察对象,以大五人格问卷量表、凯斯勒量表、简化心理弹性量表为调查工具。结果:不同学历及工作年限的护士心理困扰得分差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),且心理困扰和神经质呈正相关(P <0. 05),与外向性、严谨性呈负相关(P <0. 05);心理困扰与心理弹性呈负相关(P <0. 05)。心理弹性在重症医学科护士心理困扰与神经质人格中起到中介作用,中介效应为-0. 149。结论:神经质人格是影响重症医学科护士心理困扰的重要因素,增强重症医学科护士的心理弹性能够有效减轻神经质人格对心理困扰的影响。[Objective]To study the relationship between nurses'personality characteristics and psychological distress and the mediating effect of psychological resilience.[Method]102 nurses in ICU of 3 hospitals were enrolled.Five personality questionnaire,Kessler scale and mental resilience scale were used in our study.[Result]There was a statistically significant difference in psychological distress scores among nurses with different degrees and working life in intensive care(P<0.05).Psychological distress was positively correlated with neuroticism,and negatively correlated with extroversion and conscientiousness(P<0.05).Psychological distress was negatively correlated with mental resilience(P<0.05).Psychological resilience plays a mediating role in psychological distress and neuroticism of nurses in the department of critical care,and its mediating effect is-0.149.[Conclusion]Neuroticism is an important factor that affects the psychological distress of nurses in the department of critical medicine.
