摘 要:目的:探讨计时排班模式对急诊输液室护士工作满意度和单位时间工作效率的影响。方法:根据急诊输液人数日均流量变化规律,实验组实行计时排班模式,在工作高峰期,安排额外护士按小时计时上班,实现人力资源合理分配。对照组采用传统APN模式进行排班。实施前后,采用卡劳斯克与米勒满意度量表对急诊科护士进行问卷调查,统计患者输液等待时长,并对统计结果进行分析。结果:实施计时排班模式后急诊护士工作满意度总得分为(3. 71±0. 25),显著高于传统排班模式(2. 80±0. 28)(P <0. 05);患者等待时长(3. 31±1. 382) min显著低于传统排班模式(5. 01±1. 517) min(P <0. 05)。结论:计时排班模式有助于提高急诊输液护士的工作效率,减轻职业压力,提高工作满意度。[Objective]To explore the effect of time-based scheduling on job satisfaction and work efficiency of nurses in emergency transfusion room.[Method]The study was divided into experimental group and control group.In experimental group,according to the change rule of daily average flow of emergency transfusion,the nurses were arranged to go to work according to the hour,and the rational distribution of human resources was realized.In control group,the traditional APN mode was used for scheduling.Before and after the implementation,the nurses in the emergency department were surveyed with the Karloske and Miller Satisfaction Scale and the Nurse Burnout Scale,and the waiting time of the patients'transfusion was counted,and the statistical results were analyzed.[Result]The total score of job satisfaction of emergency nurses was(3.71±0.25),significantly higher than that of traditional scheduling(3.71±0.25)(P<0.05),and the score of job burnout assessment(47.50±6.02),the waiting time of patients was(3.31±1.382)minutes,significantly lower than that of traditional scheduling(5.01±1.517)minutes(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Timing and scheduling model is helpful to improve the efficiency of emergency transfusion nurses,reduce occupational stress and improve job satisfaction.
