创新环境与企业协同创新绩效关系的实证研究

摘　　要：外部创新环境能够为企业自主创新和协同创新活动提供外在动力和必要的物质条件。将创新环境分为政策环境、技术环境和市场环境,探究其对企业自主创新绩效和协同创新绩效的影响机理,并以新一代信息技术为例进行实证研究。研究结果表明,政策支持环境、技术环境动荡性、市场环境动荡性均对企业自主创新绩效和协同创新绩效具有积极的正向影响,政府支持环境在市场环境动荡性对企业自主创新绩效的影响作用中具有显著的调节效应。Innovation environment could provide motivation and physical surroundings for firms’independent innovation and collaborative innovation.This paper divides innovation environment into technology environment,marketing environment and policy environment and analyzes the relationship between innovation environment and innovation performance theoretically.Then the paper verifies the hypothesis taking the new generation of information and technology industry as an example.The results indicate that technological environmental turbulence,market environmental turbulence and policy support can influence the innovation performance in a positive and direct way.Besides,the moderating effect of policy support in the relationship between market environmental turbulence and independent innovation performance is statistically significant.
