双元领导对战略变革的影响研究——基于组织文化导向视角

摘　　要：从组织文化导向的视角构建了双元领导与战略变革的影响过程模型,并探讨环境动态性在双元领导与战略变革关系中的调节效用。以长三角地区的高新技术企业调研数据为依据,利用层次回归分析方法进行实证分析,研究发现:变革型领导和交易型领导具有双元平衡关系,两者交互的双元领导正向影响战略变革,而不平衡的领导关系对战略变革的影响不显著;变革型领导通过柔性文化导向部分中介影响战略变革,而交易型领导通过控制文化导向部分中介影响战略变革;环境动态性不仅正向影响战略变革,而且正向调节双元领导与战略变革之间的关系。From the cultural orientation perspective,it constructed the model of ambidextrous leadership and strategic change,and discussed the moderating effect of dynamic environments.Hierarchical regression analysis was employed to analyze the survey data from high-tech enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region.The results show that:transformational and transactional leaderships own balanced binary relationship,which means the ambidextrous leadership behavior based on their interaction positively affects strategic change;flexibility orientation partially mediates the impact of transformational leadership on strategic change,while control orientation also partially mediates the impact of transactional leadership on strategic change;environmental dynamism not only affects positively on strategic change,but also positively moderates the relationship between ambidextrous leadership and strategic change.
