基于供给侧的高校与健身企业协同育人教学体系的构建与实践——以黄河科技学院为例

摘　　要：从供给侧视角,就动因、困境、研究现状三个方面阐述了高校与健身企业协同育人的必要性。构建了校企协同育人教学体系的理论模型,主要包括:政府基于供给侧改革的支持;高校基于人才培养的内驱力与企业基于需求的外推力的双动力机制;校企协同育人的校内人才培养、校外企业人才行业培训和校企协同人才培养三个教学体系。介绍了黄河科技学院体育学院以"体育技能工作室"为载体构建协同人才培养教学体系的实践探索与尝试。From the perspective of supply side,this paper expounds the necessity of cooperative education between private colleges and fitness enterprises from three aspects:motivation,predicament and research status.The theoretical model of school enterprise cooperative education system is constructed,including:government's support based on supply side reform;the dual impetus mechanism of internal driving force based on personnel training and enterprise's external thrust based on demand;and the 3 educational systems of school-enterprise collaborative including in-school talent training,out-of-school enterprise talent industry training and school-enterprise collaborative talent training.This paper introduces the practical exploration and attempt of constructing the teaching system of synergistic talents cultivation with the“Sports Skills Studio”as the carrier in the Sport College of Huanghe Science and Technology University.
