摘　　要：中国是一个多民族国家,因此,在不同历史阶段、不同文化背景、不同地域限制等各个因素的共同影响下,经过长期的积淀与融汇,创造出一个别具一格的、多姿多彩的中国式的民族传统体育文化。中国式的民族传统体育文化不仅具有文化的传承与传播功能,还具有民族教育功能,也是中国传统文化走向世界文化名片的重要体现。China is a multi-ethnic country.Therefore,under the common effect of various factors with different historical stages,different cultural backgrounds and different geographical restrictions,a unique and colorful Chinese national traditional sports culture is created after a long period of accumulation.Chinese traditional sports culture not only has the function of cultural inheritance and communication,but also has the function of national education,which is also an important embodiment of the fusion of Chinese traditional culture and the world culture.
