他者性视角下互嵌空间建构的阻滞因素及其消解

摘　　要：从国家治理方略层面来说,民族互嵌型社区建设路向之一是积极建构互嵌空间,其具有重要的当代意义。互嵌空间拥有地理、交往和精神三维属性和自身的建构机理,对应于他者性视角下的认知、互动与意识三层面。互嵌空间建构的阻滞因素包括我国各民族交往交流交融中同理心的缺位、互信沟通不足与生存共识匮乏,亦即他我关系尚未达到"善意的他者"和"合作的他者"状态,其消解路径为:共享理念下中华民族共同体意识的积极培育、共生理念下理性沟通的规范促成、共在理念下德性教育的呼唤重提,这亦顺应了当下我国着力打造的共建共治共享的社会治理格局。from the aspect of the national governance,one of the ways of building inter-embedding communities is to actively construct inter-embedding space,which is of great significance currently.The inter-embedding space has geography,communication and spiritual attributes and its own construction mechanism,which corresponds to the three aspects of cognition,interaction,and consciousness from the perspective of otherness.The hindering factors include the absence of empathy,lack of communication and lack of consensus in the communication exchanges of various nationalities.The solutions are that the consciousness of Chinese nation community must be actively fostered,the norms of rational communication in the concept of symbiosis must be formed,and the moral education in the concept of symbiosis must be called for and recommitted,which conforms to China’s current endeavor in developing a the structure of social governance of co-construction,co-governance and sharing.
