摘  要:"学校直培"是英国"教学学校"联盟承担的职前教师培养项目。联盟按照需求负责招收学员,学员主要在教学学校由有经验的教师指导,在实践中学习。学员获得教师资格后将在教学学校联盟内从事教学工作。"学校直培"项目利用优秀中小学的实践场景,发挥富有经验的在职教师的作用,对我国初任教师培养有借鉴意义。The“school direct training”is a pre-service teacher training project undertaken by the teaching school union in the UK.The union is responsible for recruiting students according to their needs,and the students are mainly instructed by experienced teachers in the teaching schools and learn in practice.After they are qualified as teachers,the students will be engaged in teaching work within the teaching school union.The project of“school direct training”takes advantage of the practical scenarios of excellent primary and secondary schools to play the role of experienced in-service teachers,which can be used for reference in the training of new teachers in China.
