摘　　要：目的:探讨89锶(89Sr Cl2)联合局部放疗对多发性骨转移癌病患的治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的60例多发性骨转移癌病患,随机分为A、B、C三组,A组病患单独使用89Sr Cl2注射治疗,B组病患行单独放射治疗,C组病患采用89Sr Cl2联合局部放疗。观察A、B、C三组病患的临床治疗效果,比较三组病患的疼痛减轻程度。结果:A组和B组病患的临床治疗效果、疼痛度比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05); C组病患的临床治疗效果明显优于A组、B组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0. 05),C组病患的疼痛度明显低于A组、B组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0. 01)。结论:89锶联合局部放疗治疗多发性骨转移癌,具有良好的临床治疗效果,明显降低病患的疼痛度,联合治疗效果显著优于单独治疗,值得在临床上推广和应用。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of radionuclide 89Sr andradiotherapyon patients with multiple bone metastatic cancer.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 60 patients in our hospital with multiple metastases of cancer to bones,randomly divided them into three groups,patients in group A 89SrCl2 treatment,B group of patients with radiation treatment,patients of group C89SrCl2 combined radiotherapy.To observe and compare the clinical treatment effect of the three groups of patients,and to observe and compare the pain situation of the three groups of patients.Results:In group A and group B patients clinical treatment effect and the degree of pain no more difference(P>0.05),the treatment of patients with group C effect is obviously better than that of group A and group B(P<0.05),and the patient's pain degrees C group was obviously lower than that of group A and group B(P<0.01).Conclusion:The combination treatment with nuclideandradiation therapy multiple metastases of cancer to bones,not only has good clinical effect,also can reduce the pain degree of patients,treatment effect is significantly better than single treatment,is worth further promotion and application in clinic.
