摘　　要：概念具有相对性下的多维性特征,面对《中华人民共和国循环经济促进法》的更名争议,应细致剖析"循环经济"概念本身,从其相对性视角出发进行解读。从分析"什么是概念?"出发,对"循环经济"概念的相对性进行解读,围绕"循环经济"概念的不同维度进行语境分析,深刻诠释循环经济概念的内涵与外延,进而指出"循环经济"概念能更好地契合循环经济在不同维度、不同领域、不同阶段的概念需求,同时也是政治需求、经济发展的题中应有之义,《中华人民共和国循环经济促进法》不宜更名。The concept of"circular economy"has the characteristics of multi-dimension under relativity.In the face of the conceptual controversy of"circular economy",the nature of"concept"should be carefully analyzed and interpreted from the angle of relativity.It also analyzes the context of"circular economy"in different dimensions,so as to better explain the connotation and extension of the concept of circular economy.Starting with the definition of the concept itself,this paper interprets the relativity of the concept,and points out that the concept of"circular economy"is better suited to the concept of circular economy in different dimensions and different fields by expounding the relativity of the concept of circular economy.The conceptual needs of different stages are also political needs.The theme of economic development should have meaning.
