全瓷冠与钴铬合金烤瓷冠就位后的颈缘临床效果及患者满意度分析

摘　　要：目的评价全瓷冠与钴铬合金烤瓷冠就位时的颈缘状况及患者满意度。方法选择2015年1月至2017年6月安徽省口腔医院接受口腔治疗的70例患者(88个牙位),根据患者所选修复材料的不同分为全瓷冠组(44个牙位)与钴铬合金烤瓷冠组(44个牙位),评价两组患者修复体就位时的颈缘完整性、颈缘适合性、颈缘凸度、颈缘颜色协调度及患者的满意度。结果两组患者修复体的颈缘临床效果均较好,全瓷冠组的颈缘适应性、颈缘凸度性、颈缘颜色协调度性均优于钴铬合金烤瓷冠组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者满意度调查发现,两组修复体除了牙体形态方面外,其他差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于钴铬合金烤瓷冠,全瓷冠修复更有助于改善疗效和美观程度,提高患者满意度,具有良好的临床应用价值。Objective To evaluate the cervical condition and patient satisfaction of zirconia all-ceramic crown and Co-Cr alloy porcelain fused to metal crown(PFM). Methods According to the different restoration materials selected by patients, 70 patients recruited from January 2015 to June 2017 were divided into the zirconia all ceramic crown (44 teeth) group and the Co-Cr alloy PFM (44 teeth) group. The clinical effect of the cervical margin and the patient satisfaction were evaluated. Results Compared with Co-Cr alloy PFM group, the clinical effect of the zirconia all-ceramic crown group was better in cervical adaptability, cervical convexity and color coordination, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P <0.05).The results of the patient satisfaction survey showed that the differences between the two groups were statistically significant except for the tooth morphology( P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with Co-Cr alloy PFM, zirconia all-ceramic crown repair method has a better clinical effect for it can improve the treatment effect, aesthetic degree and patient satisfaction.
