摘　　要：尽管农民合作社联社在农业生产和流通中的重要作用受到广泛认可,但其发展缓慢。通过对山东省寿光市17家合作社171名社员的调研发现:虽然合作社社员对联社优势比较认可,但多数社员对加入联社并不积极。由于缺乏对联社功能的了解,大多数社员对参加联社持观望态度,存在"加入悖论"。因此,提升社员对运营能力和利益分配机制的理解,增强社员对联社的信心,是推动社员加入合作社联社的关键所在。同时,扎实推进社员培训活动,探索联社"职业经理人"等制度也是激励社员加入联社的重要保障。Although the important role of cooperatives in agricultural production and circulation is widely recognized,the developing process is slow.Based on a survey of 171 members of 17 cooperatives in Shouguang City,Shandong Province,this paper finds that most members are not active in joining the cooperatives,although the members of the cooperative recognized the advantages of the association,and that the majority of the members hold a wait-and-see attitude to join the association due to the lack of understanding of the function of the association.There existed a“join paradox”.Therefore,to attract the members to join the cooperative association,it is vital to improve their understanding of the operation ability,benefit distribution mechanism,and enhance their confidence in the association.Meanwhile,it is also an important guarantee to promote member training activities and explore the“professional manager”system of the association.
