摘 要:目的考察临床医学八年制本科生临床流行病学诊断试验教学中的难点与热点问题。方法 2017年1月北京协和医学院的临床医学八年制89位第六年级学生对1篇已发表的诊断学文章做出书面评价,根据评价结果正确与否进行评分。结果 51.7%~100.0%同学对所回答问题提供了明确的答案并阐述了相应的理论依据;八大要素评估正确的比例介于36.4%~75.3%,错误比例12.4%~50.0%,不确定比例4.6%~25.8%。89名学生成绩平均为(44.04±15.07)分,男生平均为(40.48±14.10)分,女生平均为(45.96±15.35)分。结论临床医学生对于评估诊断性试验的了解并不充分,在医学教育中应该更加强调这类培训。Objective To investigate the key issues and puzzling points in the field of diagnosis test teaching of clinical epideniology. Methods 89 sixth grade students of eight-year program in Peking Union Medical College (PUMC) attended the clinical epidemiology course in January 2017, who were asked to read and evaluate a published paper in eight key points of diagnostic test according textbook and to give the writing answers, which has been scored. Results 51.7%~100.0% of the students provided a clear answer to the questions and provided the evidences;For eight key points being evaluated, the proportions of right answers were 36.4%~75.3%, the wrong answers were 12.4%~50.0% and the uncertainty were 4.6%~25.8%. The average score of 89 students was 44.04± 15.07, and the average score of male and female students were 40.48±14.10 and 45.96±15.35, respectively. Conclusions The comprehension of diagnostic test does not meet the needs of eight-year program students, so such training should be strengthened.
