高校双创实验实训平台建设研究

摘　　要：创新创业教育既是一个理论体系,也是一个实践体系,实验实训是创新创业教育的核心和灵魂。当前,我国创新创业教育正从1.0全面迈向2.0,在取得重要成果的同时,创新创业教育实验实训也显现一些问题:实验实训资源较为分散,重复建设的现象较为严重,资源的利用率普遍偏低。依据系统理论,高校应整合实验实训资源,成立集中的实践教学管理机构——实验实训中心。同时,高校还应整合校内外两级实践平台,形成优势学科实践实训体系,办出亮点和特色。依据动态理论,高校还需要改革实践教学模式,形成开放、分层次的新模式,建设专兼一体的实践教师队伍,推行弹性学分制,开展"赛教一体"的教学实践活动。Innovation and entrepreneurship education is not only a theoretical system,but also a practice system.Experimental training is the core and soul of innovation and entrepreneurship education.At present,the innovation and entrepreneurship education is moving from 1.0 to 2.0 in China.With achieving important results,some problems have also emerged in the experiment training of innovation and entrepreneurship.The experimental training resources are relatively scattered,there is a phenomenon of repeated construction,and the utilization of resources is generally low.According to system theory,we should integrate experimental training resources and set up a centralized practice teaching management organization - Experimental Training Center.At the same time,we should integrate the practice platform both of inside and outside the school so as to form a practical training system of the dominant discipline and create bright spots and characteristics.According to the dynamic theory,we should reform the practice teaching mode to form a new model of openness and multi-level structure and build a team of practical teachers with a full-time and part-time job in one.We should carry out the elastic credit system and integration of competition and education.
