摘　　要：通过分析重庆大学机械学院实验室及仪器设备使用、管理现状,针对实验设备仪器利用率不高、信息沟通不畅、现有实验模式不能有效培养学生的创新意识及创新能力等问题,成立了学院实验中心,并建设开发了开放实验室管理系统。这些措施将现代化的管理理念有效运用到实验教师、学生、实验室及相关资源设备的管理过程中,把实验教学、人员设施管理、设备借用、预约考核、创新实验、评价体系有机结合到一套体系中。通过实验室的开放实施,有效地解决了实验室存在问题,优化了实验室管理,调动师生的积极性,培养了学生的实验动手能力和创新意识。In this paper,the laboratory of Chongqing University is analyzed,including its efficiency,laboratory equipment management status.The result is not satisfactory,such as low efficiency,poor communication.This situation cannot support to train students’ innovation consciousness and innovation ability.In order to solve those problems,the lab center is built and an open laboratory management system is constructed.This can efficiently introduce modern management methods to experiment teaching process,including teacher,students,lab and instruments.It can combine experiment teaching,teacher,labs,equipment,examine preview,innovation experiments,evaluation into one system.The system can maximize the integration of existing experimental teaching resources,optimize the laboratory management and increase the innovation and practical ability of students.
