摘 要:非智力因素已经成为决定学生在今后的学习和工作中取得成绩的关键因素之一。该因素已经引起了我国教育学和心理学界的高度重视。本文以研究生为研究对象,深入挖掘造成学生学习兴趣不浓厚、自学需要不强烈、思考能力不足以及科学实验动力缺乏等非智力因素问题的根源,从指导老师的视角,注重培养他们的坚定的信念、良好的道德品质以及克服科研工作中种种障碍的能力和坚强、自信的良好心理素质等,提高学生自学能力、实验动手能力和分析问题与解决问题的能力出发等多方位给予分析和总结,以实现开发研究生非智力因素的目的。达到我国高层次人才培养的要求。Non-intellectual factors have become one of the key factors in determining students' success in their future studies and work. This factor has already attracted the attention of the pedagogy and psychology circles in China. This article takes graduate students as the research object, and deeply explores the root causes of non-intellectual factors such as students' lack of interest in learning, lack of self-study needs, lack of thinking ability and lack of scientific experimental motivation. From the perspective of the instructor, focus on cultivating students' willpower. Moral cultivation, courage and ability to overcome difficulties and good psychological quality of self-reliance, self-confidence, self-reliance, etc., improve students' self-learning ability, experimental hands-on ability and ability to analyze problems and solve problems, etc. The purpose of non-intellectual factors is to meet the requirements of high-level talent training in China.
