言语暗示疗法在健康快车白内障手术患者教育中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨言语暗示疗法在健康快车白内障手术中缓解患者紧张情绪的效果,为健康快车上安全实施局麻下手术提供可能。方法非随机选择在健康快车白内障手术中过分紧张无法配合手术的患者26例作为实验组,采用言语暗示疗法加常规心理护理;其余515例作为对照组,对照组采用常规心理护理。观察两组患者术中生命体征,配合程度和术后效果,了解言语暗示疗法对患者术中心理的影响。结果采用言语暗示疗法的患者缓解术中紧张情绪程度优于常规心理护理患者,实验组显效率达到57.7%,对照组显效率为27.7%,差异无统计学意义(P=0.093),但配合程度明显提高,术毕对照组切口关闭不良进行缝合9例,二次虹膜复位2例。实验组切口闭合不良缝合1例。两组均无其他眼部并发症。结论言语暗示疗法可有效缓解术中患者紧张情绪,便于在健康快车手术中辅助手术顺利完成。Objective To study the effect of the clinical application of psychological intervention of speech therapy in health express. Methods Non-randomly selected 26 patients who were too nervous to cooperate with cataract surgery in the healthy express train as the experimental group, using verbal suggestive therapy plus routine psychological nursing. The other 515 cases were taken as control group, and the control group was given routine psychological nursing. To observe the vital signs, cooperation degree and postoperative effect of two groups of patients, and to understand the effect of verbal suggestive therapy on the central physiology of patients. Results The patients treated with verbal suggestion therapy relieved intraoperative tension better than those treated with conventional psychological nursing. The marked efficiency of the experimental group was 57.7%, and that of the control group was 27.7%. There was no significant difference (P =0.093). However, the degree of cooperation has been significantly improved. After operation, 9 cases were sutured and 2 cases were treated with secondary iris reduction in the control group. In the experimental group, 1 case had poor closure and suture of incision. There were no other ocular complications in both groups. Conclusion Psychological intervention of speech therapy will help to relieve the nervous tension. It is one of scientific and effective ways to help patients better adapt to and cooperation with surgery in health express.
