乳腺癌患者D-双功能蛋白表达与肿瘤标志物CEA和CA153关系的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌组织中D-双功能蛋白(DBP)表达及其与血清肿瘤标志物CEA、CA153水平的相关性,及对乳腺癌诊断和治疗的临床意义。方法选取2012年1月-2015年12月唐山市妇幼保健院住院的20例乳腺癌切除术患者作为试验组,同期20例健康体检的正常者作为健康对照组,应用化学发光法检查血清肿瘤标志物CEA和CA153的表达水平,免疫组织化学法检测乳腺癌组织和癌旁组织DBP的表达水平,分析比较其差异、相关性。结果试验组血清肿瘤标志物CEA、CA153水平均显著高于正常对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=39. 22、42. 87, P均<0.01),乳腺癌组织中DBP表达水平高于癌旁组织,乳腺癌组织DBP的灰度值为(96.3±11.4),癌旁组织为(29. 8±5.7),差异具有统计学意义(t=2.301,P<0.05)。试验组患者中,DBP的表达与血清CEA和CA153水平均呈正相关(r=0.800,P<0.01;r=0.709,P<0.01)。结论 DBP表达在乳腺癌的发展进程中具有重要的意义,并为乳腺癌的诊疗提供了一个新的研究靶点。Objective To investigate the expression of D-bifunctional protein (DBP) in breast cancer (BC) after operation and its correlation with serum tumor markers CEA and CA153,and to analyze the clinical effect of DBP on early diagnosis and prognosis of breast cancer. Methods Twenty patients with breast cancer resection admitted to the Tangshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from Jan.2012 to Dec.2015 were selected as the experimental group,and 20 normal healthy subjects were used as the control group.The levels of serum markers CEA and CA153 were measured by chemiluminescence method,and immunohistochemistry was used to detect breast cancer. The expression level of DBP in tissues and adjacent tissues was analyzed and compared for their differences and correlations. Results The levels of CEA and CA153 in experimental group was significantly higher than thoses in normal control group( t =39.22,42.87,P <0.01).The expression of DBP in breast cancer was higher than that in adjacent tissues,the gray value of DBP IN breast cancer tissue and adjacent tissue was (96.3±11.4)and (29.8±5.7) respectively,there was significant differences between the two groups( t =2.301,P <0.05).There was a linear positive correlation between the expression of DBP and the level of tumor markers CEA and CA153( r = 0.800 ,P <0.01;r =0.709,P <0.01). Conclusion The expression of DBP has important significance in the development of breast cancer,and provides a new target for the diagnosis and prognosis of breast cancer.
