“工匠精神”与“骆驼式现代职业人”培养探究

摘　　要：随着我国社会经济的发展和产业的升级,社会对现代职业人的需求量越来越大,尤其是具有工匠精神的现代职业人。职业教育要成为培养工匠人才和工匠精神的摇篮,必须不断弘扬工匠精神,坚持立德树人,用骆驼式现代职业人诠释和推动高职人才培养的创新,以真正肩负起为国家培养输送高素质技能型人才的重任。With the development of China's social economy and the upgrading of the industry,the society needs more and more modern professionals.The vocational education plays an important role in cultivating craftsman talents,and also it is necessary to advocate its spirit and cultivate people with integrity.The cultivation of camel-like modern professionals and the innovation of talent training mode in higher vocational colleges is put forward in this paper,in order to truly take the responsibility of cultivating high-quality skilled talents.
