改革开放40年西藏高等教育改革的回顾与展望

摘　　要：改革开放40年来,西藏的高等教育经历了恢复与新建阶段、改革与发展阶段、快速发展与崛起阶段。1978年以来,全区高等教育取得显著成就。高等教育规模稳步扩大、逐步实现高等教育大众化;学科建设与时俱进;教师队伍建设不断加强;人才质量培训持续深化;高等教育投入逐年增加;办学条件明显改善;党建和思想政治工作得到加强。当前全区高等教育面临许多挑战和任务,包括规划顶层设计、创建"一流学科";优化师资队伍;创新人才培养模式。展望未来,全区高等教育将以科学的方法、严谨的思想、包容的态度实现教育的跨越式发展。Tibet’s Higher Education has experienced recovery and reestablishment period,reformation and development period and rapid development period since reform and opening-up.Higher education of the whole autonomous region has made outstanding achievements since 1978.Higher education has expanded steadily,popularization of higher education realized gradually,construction of the disciplines are kept with the time,teaching staff development is reinforced,talent training project has been deepened,educational appropriations has increased year by year,education conditions of university and college is improved,party construction and ideological and political education have been enhanced.At present,higher education system of the whole autonomous region faces many challenges and tasks.The top-level design is needed;“top subject”has to be created;the capability of teaching staff needs to be optimized;talent training mode has to be innovated.In the future,higher education of the whole region will achieve remarkable development through scientific methods,rigorous thinking and inclusive attitude.
