摘 要:以油茶果壳与再生纤维为原料,采用添加微量有机抑菌剂的方法,研制具有抑菌功能的油茶果壳基复合纸,探讨油茶果壳含量、油茶果壳目数、抑菌剂添加方式对纸性能的影响,并测试了复合纸的拉伸强度、蠕变性以及抑菌性能。结果表明,当油茶果壳含量为10%,粒径大小为60~80目,抑菌剂采用葡萄糖酸洗必泰,添加方式为喷涂交联法时所制备的复合纸的各项性能最佳,其中油茶果壳基抑菌纸的定量为200 g/m2,厚度为1 mm时,拉伸强度为2.54 MPa,应变恢复为59.7%,对大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈均为12 mm。The antibacterial-preservation paper was prepared with the Camellia oleifera shells fiber and regenerated fiber as raw material,with adding organic antibacterial agent.The effects of content of Camellia oleifera shells,particle size of Camellia oleifera shells,additives dosage and the way of adding antibacterial agent on the properties of antibacterial-preservation paper were discussed.And the tensile strength,creep-recovery behavior and antibacterial properties of these composite paper were tested.The results showed that the optimum process was as follows:10%of Camellia oleifera shells with size of 60~80 mesh,spraying crosslinking with chlorhexidine gluconate of 1%additives dosage.When the antibacterial-preservation paper quantitative as 200 g/m^2 and 1 mm of thickness,the tensile strength was 2.54 MPa and strain recovery was 59.7%,and both of the bacteriostatic rings on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were 12 mm.
