摘　　要：从护理操作、护理文书、医疗物品管理等角度分析,探讨血液科病区护理工作中存在的法律问题隐患并提出相应对策。作者认为,法律问题隐患潜藏于日常护理工作的方方面面,护理人员与护理管理者应强化法制观念,加强安全管理,共同努力,提高抗风险能力。This paper analyzed hidden legal problems in the nursing of hematology wards from the nursing operations,nursing documents,and medical device management,and proposed corresponding countermeasures.The author believed that legal problems were hidden in all aspects of daily nursing work.Nurses and nursing managers should strengthen legal concept,strengthen safety management,and work together to improve the ability of resisting risks.
