摘 要:近年各国政府及公众对全球食品安全问题越来越重视,乳制品安全更是引来诸多关注。在2008年"三聚氰胺毒奶粉"乳制品安全事件发生后,中国乳制品出口遭受重创,乳制品安全难以获取国内外政府及公众的信任,使中国乳制品出口面临巨大压力。针对国内外政府的不同法律法规的要求和公众的不同消费偏好,建立合适的风险交流机制进行有效交流,避免消费者的盲目恐慌,改善国际乳制品进出口环境,促进中国乳制品出口。In recent years,governments and the public of various countries have paid more and more attention to global food safety issues,and the safety of dairy products has attracted more and more attention.After “melamine milk” dairy products security incident occurred in 2008,the export of Chinese dairy products suffered a heavy blow,and the safety of dairy products was difficult to gain the trust of both the domestic and foreign governments and the public,which put great pressure on China's dairy exports.According to requirements of different laws and regulations of domestic and foreign governments and different consumption preferences of the public,establish appropriate risk communication mechanism,avoid blind panic of consumers,improve the international dairy products import and export environment,and promote the export of Chinese dairy products.
