摘　　要：裂褶菌(Schizophyllum commune)是一种食药兼用真菌,裂褶多糖(Schizophyllan,SPG)是裂褶菌的主要活性成分之一,SPG在医药、化妆品、食品等领域有着广阔的应用前景,但国内尚未实现SPG原料的商业化开发。本文综述SPG在生物发酵法制备、分离工艺选择、化学改性及应用方面的进展,发现SPG作为免疫药物载体、生物医学材料是当前热点研究和应用领域;指出了当前研究中存在的含量测定方法不统一等问题,针对SPG的研发和商业化应用提出了建议。Schizophyllum commune is a kind of edible and medicinal fungi. Schizophyllan (SPG) is one of the main active components of Schizophyllum commune ,which has a broad application prospects in medicine,cosmetics and food. However,the commercial development of SPG has not been realized in China. This paper reviews the progress of SPG in preparation by fermentation,separation process selection,chemical modification and application,and finds that SPG,as an immunopharmaceutical carrier and biomedical material,becomes the hot research and application fields. This paper also points out the problems existing in the current research,such as the lack of uniform method for the determination of SPG,and puts forward some suggestions for the research and development and commercial application of SPG.
