摘  要:采用酸性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(A-PAGE)对15个燕麦品种种子醇溶蛋白进行遗传变异分析。结果表明供试的15个品种共扩增出18条带,多态率位点率为100%,条带主要分布于α和β区域。供试品种的遗传相似系数变化为0.143~1.000,平均值为0.527,表明供试的品种间遗传变异较大。除青海444和青燕1号外,醇溶蛋白电泳图谱能把不同的品种进行分离。聚类等分析结果将供试品种分为6大类,砂燕麦、阿坝、青引1号与其他品种关系较远,其中青海甜燕麦、青燕1号和青海444的关系较近。The acid polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (A-PAGE) was used to detect the gliadin genetic polymorphism among 15 oat varieties.A total of 18 bands were detected in the 15 oat varieties,100% were polymorphic bands,which located in α and β zone.The DICE genetic similarity coefficient of the tested varieties ranged from 0.143-1.000,and the average coefficient was 0.527,which showed that there was rich genetic polymorphism among the tested oat varieties.All the test varieties except Qinghai 444 and Qingyan No.1 could be separated by the gliadin map.Based on the UPGMA cluster analysis,the 15 varieties were clustered into six groups on dendrogram.The Strigosa,A’ba and Qingyin No.1 oat showed the specificity in their genetic background and showed a rather far relationship among others.There was a rather close relationship among Qinghai 444,Qingyan No.1 and Qinghai sweet oat.The result in the study revealed the genetic variation and kinship among the tested varieties.It would provide the useful information for the oat varieties utilization and germplasm creation in the further study.
