山西管涔山白银盘蘑菇的学名考证

摘　　要：采用ITS-DNA分子片段分析和形态学特征研究确认,每年入伏期(7月下旬至8月上旬)在山西管涔山云杉、落叶松林内草地上大量发生当地村民称之为白银盘(也叫伏银盘)的一种优质的白色大型食用蘑菇,其科学名称为最早报告于北美洲的Aspropaxillus septentrionalis,是与欧洲的Leucopaxillus giganteus非常相近的物种。In this paper,ITS-DNA molecular fragment analysis and morphological characteristics were used to confirm that a large number of high-quality white edible mushroom called Baiyinpan(also known as Fuyinpan)by local mountain people occurred in grasslands in spruce and Larch Forests in Guancen mountain,Shanxi province during the incubation period(late July to early August).The scientific name of of this mushroom was Aspropaxillus septentrionalis,which was first reported in North America.It was very similar to European Lecopaxillus giganteus.
