双元创新战略、组织动态能力对企业绩效的多维度影响

摘　　要：本文验证了双元创新战略对企业绩效的影响,以及组织动态能力在两者关系间的中介效应和调节效应。研究结果显示:(1)探索式创新战略和利用式创新战略均对企业绩效有显著正向影响,其中探索式创新战略对企业绩效的正向影响大于利用式创新战略对其的影响;(2)双元创新平衡战略对企业绩效无显著正向影响;(3)资本重置能力、知识转化能力在双元创新战略与企业绩效关系间起到部分中介作用;(4)环境感知能力仅能够正向调节探索式创新战略与企业绩效间关系。This study examines how ambidexterity innovation strategies have influence on corporate performance and how organizational dynamic capabilities play mediating and moderating roles between ambidexterity innovation strategies and corporate performance. Results show that (1)both exploratory and exploitative innovation strategies have significant positive influences on corporate performance. Among them, exploratory innovation strategy has positive influence on corporate performance more than exploitative innovation strategy.(2)The balance of ambidexterity innovation strategies has no significant positive influence on corporate performance.(3)Capital reconfiguring capability and knowledge transforming capability have partial mediating effects between ambidexterity innovation strategies and corporate performance.(4)Environment sensing capability can only positively moderate the relationship between exploratory innovation strategy and corporate performance.
