摘 要:旅游管理专业"订单式"实习模式将产、学、研有机结合,有利于高校培养应用型旅游人才。我国的"订单式"实习模式在法律规范、财力保障、政府介入等方面与国外成功模式相比较,差距很大,呈现出学校热企业冷的尴尬局面。为此,一方面,政府部门应运用法律手段,建立校企合作办学的职业教育激励机制与沟通平台;另一方面,高校也应转变传统的学术型人才培养理念,确定应用型人才培养目标,将现代学徒制教育模式运用到旅游管理专业实习活动中来;并通过实现实习指导师资专职化与双师化、实习基地建设"校企一体化",建立起良性的校企合作运行机制,探索适合我国国情的旅游管理专业"订单式"实习模式。The order-based practice mode of Tourism Management Specialty combines production, learning and research organically, which is beneficial to cultivating applied tourism talents in colleges and universities. Compared with foreign successful practice modes in terms of legal norms, financial security, and government intervention, the order-based practice mode in China has a long way to go. In order to change this situation, on the one hand, relevant government departments in China need to use legal means to establish an incentive mechanism and a communication platform for school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education. On the other hand, colleges and universities should also change the traditional concept of academic talents training, determine the training objectives of applied talents, apply the modern apprenticeship education mode to the practice activities of tourism management specialty, realize the goal of full-time and double-qualified teaching staff and the "schoolenterprise integration" of the construction of practice bases, establish a benign school-enterprise cooperation operation mechanism, and explore a suitable order-based practice model for Tourism Management Specialty.
