摘  要:目的分析广西口岸出入境人员艾滋病感染者中HIV毒株遗传特征。方法收集2017年广西各口岸出入境人员HIV感染者血液样本,提取病毒RNA,运用巢式PCR的方法对env区和pol区进行扩增,将扩增产物进行基因测序和进化树分析。结果共获得C亚型2例, AE亚型5例,BC亚型2例,AD亚型1例等10份样本的亚型,其中中国、越南与泰国的毒株聚集成一簇流行簇,具有较高的遗传同源性。结论广西口岸出入境人员HIV毒株主要以CRF01-AE流行为主,传播途径以性接触传播为主。各口岸要加强出入境人员HIV的监测,防止HIV毒株亚型在国内进行传播及重组,引起国内HIV毒株亚型流行的复杂化。Objective To analyze the genetic characteristics of HIVstrainsamong entry-exit people at Guangxi port. Methods In 2017,blood samples of hiv-infected people at various ports in guangxi were collected,viral RNA was extracted,and env and pol regions were amplified by nested PCR. Gene sequencing and evolutionary tree analysis were performed on the amplified products. Results A total of 10 samples including 2 cases of subtype C,5 cases of subtype AE,2 cases of subtype BC and 1 case of subtype AD were obtained. Among them,the strains from China,Vietnam and Thailand were clustered into an epidemic cluster with high genetic homology. Conclusion The HIV strains of entry and exit personnel at Guangxi port were mainly spread by crf01-ae,and the transmission route was mainly by sexual contact.All ports should strengthen the monitoring of HIV among entry-exit personnel to prevent the transmission and recombination of HIV virus subtypes in China,thus complicating the epidemic of HIV virus subtypes in China.
