摘 要:目的探讨银杏达莫联合注射用小牛血去蛋白提取物治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法选取2013年2月~2017年12月深圳市人民医院收治的急性脑梗死患者80例。采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为对照组40例和研究组40例,对照组给予注射用小牛血去蛋白提取物治疗,研究组在此基础上联合银杏达莫治疗,比较两组治疗后临床疗效,血清学指标:白介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO),以及血液流变学指标,记录并比较两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果研究组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。两组患者治疗后IL-6、hs-CRP、TNF-α、ET-1均较本组治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P <0.05);NO较本组治疗前升高,且研究组高于对照组(P <0.05)。两组患者治疗后血浆黏度、全血黏度、血细胞比容以及红细胞聚集指数均较本组治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P <0.05)。两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论银杏达莫联合注射用小牛血去蛋白提取物治疗急性脑梗死效果确切,可维持患者血液流变学稳定,改善患者血清学指标,且不增加不良反应发生率,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Ginkgo bilobate extract combined with deproteinized calf blood extratives for injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Shenzhen People′s Hospital from February 2013 to December 2017 were selected.Patients were divided into control group(40 cases)and study group(40 cases)by random number table method,and the control group was treated with deproteinized calf blood extratives for injection,while the study group was treated with Ginkgo bilobate extract on the basis of the control group treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was compared.Serological indicators were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,including the serum levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO),and hemorheological index.The incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups was recorded and compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,hs-CRP,TNF-αand ET-1 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);NO was higher than that before treatment,and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the plasma viscosity,blood viscosity,hematocrit and erythrocyte aggregation index of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo bilobate extract combined with deproteinized calf blood extratives for injection is effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.It can maintain the sta
