超声乳化白内障术后角膜水肿的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析超声乳化白内障术后角膜水肿的影响因素,探讨防治措施。方法对221例249眼采用超声乳化白内障联合折叠人工晶体植入术,术前记录患者的年龄、性别、既往病史及晶状体核硬度,术中记录超声能量,术后观察角膜水肿程度。结果术后38. 96%的患者出现不同程度的角膜水肿,其水肿程度与年龄、既往病史、晶状体核硬度、超声能量及手术技巧有关。结论超声乳化白内障术后角膜水肿与多种因素有关,首先要提高手术者的手术熟练度,其次要积极做好预防工作。Objective To analyze the influencing factors of corneal edema after phacoemulsification and explore the prevention and treatment measures.Methods Two hundred and forty-nine eyes of 221 cases were treated with phacoemulsification combined with folding intraocular lens implantation.Patients’age,sex,previous medical history and lens nucleus hardness were recorded before operation,ultrasonic energy was recorded during operation and the degree of corneal edema was observed postoperatively.Results Different degrees of corneal edema appeared in 38.96%of the patients after the operation and the degree of edema was related to age,past medical history,lens nucleus hardness,ultrasonic energy and surgical skills.Conclusion Corneal edema after phacoemulsification is related to various factors.Firstly,the surgeon s surgical proficiency should be improved.Secondly,preventive work should be actively carried out.
