口腔进口种植体治疗牙列缺损效果分析及对患者胃肠功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察口腔进口种植体治疗牙列缺损效果分析及对患者胃肠功能的影响。方法:选取了2016年6月-2018年6月在我院口腔科进行牙裂缺损修复治疗的患者100例,平均且随机分配成实验组与对照组,对照组采用国产种植体治疗,实验组采用进口口腔种植牙修复来治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的效果满意程度评分,脱落数量,以及对胃肠功能的评价。结果:实验组比对照组的普遍满意程度(总体满意度、咀嚼功能、固定功能、美观情况、舒适评分)都要高,差异显著(P<0.05),脱落数量实验组也比对照组要低(P<0.05),胃肠不良反应发生率实验组也比对照组要低(P<0.05)。结论:口腔进口种植体治疗牙列缺损效果更好,修复效果更加美观,功能更加稳定,舒适程度高,增强患者自信心,深得患者的喜爱,值得推广。Objective to observe the effect of oral implantation on dental defect and its effect on gastrointestinal function.Methods from June 2016-June 2018 in our hospital dental teeth defect treatment of 100 cases of patients,average and randomly assigned into the experimental group and control group,control group adopts domestic implant treatment,the experimental group uses the import of oral dental implants repair to treat,compare the effect of two groups of patients after treatment satisfaction ratings,fall off,and the evaluation of the gastrointestinal function.General satisfaction with the results of experimental group than the control group(overall satisfaction,chewing function,fixed function,beautiful,comfortable rating)are higher,the significant difference(P<0.05),the number off the experimental group is lower than the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions to the experimental group is lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion oral implantation is more effective in the treatment of dentition defect,more beautiful,more stable,more comfortable,more confident and more popular.
