眼内容物剜除联合羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术及其饮食干预临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察眼内容物剜除联合羟基磷灰石(HA)义眼台植入术的临床效果,并总结其手术注意事项。方法:纳入2015年1月~2017年6月于我院行眼内容物剜除联合HA义眼台植入术的36例患者(36只眼),记录其临床资料、义眼台活动度及术后并发症情况。结果:术后1周时36例患者结膜愈合情况均为良好,未出现义眼台脱出、移位及眶内、眼眶周围感染等并发症发生;术后3~6个月时义眼台开始血管化,术后6个月时义眼台活动度优者31例(86.11%)、良者5例(13.89%),未发生活动度差者;无义眼台过大或过小、偏移、暴露、脱出、上睑下垂、下睑松弛、眼窝凹陷加深等情况出现,义眼与健眼对称同步活动,外观满意。结论:眼内容物剜除联合HA义眼台植入术是一项安全、可靠的手术方法,手术简单,术后不良反应小,义眼台活动度好,临床效果较为满意,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of evisceration combined with hydroxyapatite(HA)orbital implantation,and manipulate on pay surgical attention.Methods 36 patients(36 eyes)who underwent evisceration combined with HA implantation in the hospital during the period from January 2015 to June 2017 were enrolled in the study.The clinical data of activity of the orbital implant and complications after surgery were recorded.Results The conjunctival healing of 36 patients was good at 1 week after surgery.There were no complications such as prolapse of orbital implant,displacement and intraframe infection.The vascularization of the orbital implant began at 3 to 6 months after surgery.There were 31 cases(86.11%)with excellent activity of the orbital implant and 5 cases(13.89%)with good activity of the orbital implant at 6 months after surgery,no patients with poor activity.There was no too large or too small orbital implant,displacement,exposure,prolapse,ptosis,lower eyelid laxity or deepening of the eye socket.The ocular prosthesis and the healthy eye were symmetrically synchronized,and the appearance was satisfactory.Conclusion Evisceration combined with HA orbital implantation is a safe and reliable surgical method.The operation is simple,and adverse reactions after surgery are mild.The activity of the orbital implant is good,and the clinical effect is satisfactory.
