养胃清热化瘀法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎及癌前病变的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨养胃清热化瘀法对慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化、异型增生及其转归的影响。方法:将慢性萎缩性胃炎患者60例随机分为2组各30例,治疗组予养胃清热化瘀方加减治疗,对照组予胃复春治疗,治疗2个疗程共6个月。观察2组患者临床疗效以及胃黏膜病理评分变化情况。结果:总有效率治疗组为93.3%,对照组为66.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后胃黏膜评分优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:养胃清热化瘀法能够有效改善慢性萎缩性胃炎及癌前病变患者临床症状,降低胃黏膜病理评分。Objective:To discuss the effects of the method of stomach-nourishing heat-clearing stasis-removing on the outcome of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)accompanying intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia.Methods:Sixty CAG patients were allocated to two groups,30 cases each group,the treatment group were treated by modified stomach-nourishing heat-clearing stasis-removing prescription,and the control group by WeiFuChun,and they were treated for two courses,six months altogether.Gastric mucosal pathological score,pathological effects and clinical effects of the syndromes of the patients were observed.Results:Total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,higher than 66.7%of the control group,and the difference showed statistical meaning(P<0.05);after treating,the treatment group was superior to the control group in gastric mucosal pathological score,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of stomach-nourishing heat-clearing stasis-removing could effectively improve clinical symptoms and decrease gastric mucosal pathological scores of the patients suffering CAG and precancerous lesion.
