摘　　要：目前我国中小学生身体素质呈"稳中向好"趋势,但因身体活动不足导致的各年龄段学生肥胖等慢性疾病发病率持续上升的局面仍未得到根本扭转。文章对社会生态模型在身体活动健康促进领域的应用现状特别是组织层面的干预研究进行梳理,研究发现学校运动场所的可使用性、可及性、绿化情况以及学校体育政策的认同、执行、宣传与体育文化氛围对青少年身体活动有显著影响,基于学校政策环境的干预措施对青少年体育健康促进效果明显但持续性有待考证。At present,the physical quality of primary and middle school students in China has shown a trend of better and stable,but the situation of chronic diseases among students due to insufficient physical activity has not been fundamentally reversed.This research sorts out the application status of social ecological model on physical activity health promotion,especially the intervention of institutional factors.The research found that the availability,accessibility,greening of school sports venues and the recognition,implementation,propaganda and sports culture atmosphere have significant effects on physical activity in adolescents.The intervention based on the school policy and environment has obvious effects on the health promotion of adolescents,but the persistence of effect still to be verified.
