摘　　要："新物流"是新时代供应链系统中一个重要的组成部分,具体是指基于互联网、人工智能、物联网、云计算、大数据(也包括小数据)、区块链等先进的信息技术,将标的物从出发地运往目的地或消费者手中并与服务相结合的一系列过程。"新物流"不仅包括"新零售"物流,也包括其他以"互联网+"等新技术为依托的所有区别于传统物流的新的物流活动及模式。"新物流"模式是在现有物流模式基础上产生的、由新技术驱动并更加注重物流服务性职能的一种创新型物流模式,其中"新零售"物流最为典型,其代表性企业有亚马逊、菜鸟网络、苏宁、顺丰、京东等。"新零售"物流发展的制约因素主要有理念误区、轻视场景化体验、管理模式陈旧、专业人才短缺、相关政策落实不到位等。发展"新零售"物流,要用创新发展理念指导实践,持续提升顾客体验,创新管理模式,加大政策层面的支持力度,加强专业人才培养,建立和完善企业识别系统,不断开拓新领域、寻找新的蓝海,强化国家物流基础设施建设。"新物流"是未来物流业的发展趋势,只有与"互联网+"等新技术、全球化、服务创新、合理的资源配置等多方面结合,才能更好地促进物流业持续向好发展。“New logistics”is one of the important components of supply chain system in the new era;it is the process from starting point to the destination,or the consumers,which is combined with service and based on the advanced IT such as Internet,AI,IOT,cloud computing,big data,and blockchain.“New logistics”includes not only“new retail”logistics,but also other new logistics activities and modes that are different from traditional logistics and based on"Internet+"and other new technologies.“New logistics”mode is an innovative logistics mode based on the existing logistics mode,driven by new technology and paying more attention to logistics service functions.The authors mainly discuss the logistics mode of“new retail”,whose representative enterprises include Amazon,Cainiao network,Suning,SF and JD.The restraining factors of the development of“new retail”logistics mainly include the misunderstanding of concept,the neglect of scene experience,the obsolete management mode,the shortage of professional talents,and the lack of relevant political supervision.To develop“new retail”logistics,we should take advantage of the innovation and development concept to guide practice,continue to improve customer experience and management mode of innovation,strengthen policy support,strengthen professional personnel training,establish and perfect enterprise identification system,and constantly look for blue ocean,strengthen the construction of national logistics infrastructure,etc.“New logistics”is the development trend of the logistics industry in the future.Only by combining with new technologies such as"Internet+",globalization,service innovation and reasonable resource allocation,can the logistics industry achieve sustainable development.
