摘 要:为进一步优选煤制生物氢的培养基条件和发酵底物,利用河南义马矿井水中分离出的产氢菌(CQ-2),在恒温箱培养条件下,讨论不同产氢培养基的碳源(葡萄糖、甘露醇、乳糖和柠檬酸钠)和氮源(豆面、蛋白胨、酵母膏、尿素、硝酸钾和硝酸铵)的选择,并进行不同煤阶煤的产氢实验。结果表明:培养基底物中最适合的氮源和碳源分别为蛋白胨和葡萄糖;低阶煤的产气效果较好,中、高阶煤产气效果较差;降解后煤的质量和元素成分都有不同程度的变化,与产气能力有较好的相关性;发酵后末端液相产物的pH值降低,Eh值上升,OD_(600)降低,证明CQ-2有良好的生物降解度和产氢能力。In order to further optimize the medium condition and fermentation substrate of biological hydrogen by coal,in adoption of bacteria separation techniques,a strain of hydrogenogens named as CQ-2 was obtained from mine water of Yima colliery,He’nan Province,then an optimization of carbon and nitrogen sources was made and a simulation experiment for coal producing hydrogen was conducted.The results show that the optimal carbon source and nitrogen source are glucose and peptone respectively.CQ-2 has a better effect on decomposing low-rank coals to produce hydrogen than that it has on high-rank coals.The degraded coals have changed to varying degree,which performs a good relevance with the capacity of this hydrogenogens strain for decomposing coals and producing hydrogen as well.The pH value and the OD 600 of the terminal liquid product have experienced a decline while the Eh value has growed,indicating the significant impact of the hydrogenogens strain on coal decomposition and hydrogen production.
