摘　　要：扁蒴藤素是中药过山枫的主要活性成分,近年来关于扁蒴藤素的抗肿瘤和抗类风湿关节炎药理作用研究日渐增多。该文通过对扁蒴藤素研究文献进行综述,分析其药理作用特点和相关分子机制,以期为扁蒴藤素的新药开发和临床应用提供参考。Pristimeirn,as one major active chemical component of traditional Chinese medicine Celastrus aculeatus Merr.,has been reported to have pharmacological activities such as broad spectrum anti-tumor and anti-rheumatoid arthritis in recent years.In this article,we review the research articles of pristimerin on the characteristics and molecular mechanism of its pharmacological effects,aiming to make a reference for new drug development and clinical application.
