摘　　要：文章以苏州科德宝有限公司生产物流体系为研究对象,通过对生产物流系统的调研以及销售市场的分析,认识到该公司的生产物流系统存在问题,并提出了通过改善生产物流系统,以期达到降低物流成本、增加新利润空间的目的。This paper takes the production logistics system of Suzhou Freudenberg Company as the research object,and through the investigation and survey of the production logistics system and the analysis of the sales market,recognizes the problems existing in the production logistics system of the company,and proposes to improve the production logistics system in order to achieve the goal of reducing the logistics costs and increasing the new profit margins.
